in the near future! Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist / Coordinator to be the welcoming face and organizational hub of our office. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions that keep our daily activities running smoothly. Your positive attitude, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will help create a professional and efficient environment for staff, clients, and visitors alike. Duties Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Answer multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and organized files Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and general clerical duties Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software as needed Provide customer support by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and clarity Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all office equipment is functioning properly Support additional administrative projects including typing reports, managing correspondence, and supporting personal assistant tasks when required Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Experience working with medicalINSURANCES
