Overview Join our customer service team as a Front Desk Receptionist/Check Out Specialist, where your friendly and organized approach will create a welcoming environment for all visitors and clients. In this role, you will be the last point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer service and effective communication. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help provide a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Duties Greet visitors warmly and professionally, providing excellent customer support and assistance. Manage multi-line phone systems with confidence, directing calls accurately and courteously. Handle check-out procedures efficiently, including processing payments and submitting insurance claims. Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies/inventory are stocked and materials are accessible. Support office management tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and communicating with referring offices. Utilize computer skills to operate electronic health records and communication software. Assist with clinical duties such as diagnostic testing and helping patients purchase contact lenses. Requirements Previous experience in front desk or billing roles in a medical practice with strong organizational skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently. Strong customer service orientation with a professional demeanor and excellent phone etiquette. Experience with computers. Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must be a team player. Pay:
