Responsibilities Greet students, parents, visitors, and staff in a warm and professional manner Answer and direct phone calls and emails Maintain a welcoming and organized front office Assist families with questions, enrollment information, and school procedures Maintain student and office records with accuracy and confidentiality Manage daily attendance and front-office communications Receive and distribute mail and school correspondence Support the school administration with daily office tasks Help maintain a safe and positive school environment Qualifications Previous receptionist, administrative, or school office experience preferred Excellent communication and customer-service skills Professional, friendly, and dependable Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable working with children, families, and staff Proficiency with computers, email, and basic office software Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Why Join Our Team?
