Description
The Corporate Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities Manage incoming calls, transferring calls to appropriate personnel, and taking messages when necessary
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and directing visitors
Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company
Providing administration support by assisting with various administrative tasks such scheduling conference rooms
Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries
Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized
Additional Responsibilities Ensure lobby/visitor areas are kept clean and free of debris
Monitoring visitor access and ensuring compliance with security procedures
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Arrange catering and food orders for meetings as required
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications High school graduate or the equivalent with two years of experience as a receptionist with a multi-line system
Positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic Microsoft office skills
Excellent telephone communication and listening skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
Professional demeanor
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
