Lead Veterinary Receptionist Are you an experienced veterinary receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced, compassionate environment? We're looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team!

What We're Looking For:

Previous veterinary receptionist experience required Outstanding customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask while staying organized and positive Experience with AVIMARK software and scheduling Team player with a passion for helping pets and their people

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional client service- Great clients warmly, answer multi-line phones Triage urgent or emergency calls, and provide basic information on servicces and hospital policies Scheduling and clinic flow: Book and confirm appointments, manage patient drop-offs and pick-ups Able to present invoices, process cash,credit or check payments Must be compassionate support to owners during stressful and emotional visits

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
