Join our team at Sage Wellness Spa Sage Wellness Spa is a welcoming day spa in St. Petersburg, FL, where professionalism, kindness, creativity, and genuine care for our guests come together. We're looking for a reliable, motivated, and personable Spa Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, can confidently manage a busy front desk, and is comfortable pitching in wherever needed to keep the spa running smoothly.

Pay:

$15-$17/hour, based on experience and qualifications Current Available Shifts We are currently hiring for a combination of daytime and evening shifts, including:

Monday:

8:30 AM-3:00

PM Wednesday:

8:30 AM-3:00 PM and/or 2:30-9:00

PM Thursday:

2:30-9:00

PM Saturday:

2:30-9:00 PM Friday evening hours may also become available. You do not need to be available for every shift. Please include your regular weekly availability when applying. Greater flexibility is a plus, and additional hours may become available over time. Responsibilities Warmly welcome guests and provide excellent customer service Answer phone calls and assist guests with questions Schedule, confirm, and update appointments Check guests in and out and support day-to-day front desk operations Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and spa environment Complete laundry, sanitizing, and end-of-shift spa tasks Communicate professionally with guests and team members Help with simple marketing tasks during shifts, including taking photos or short videos, posting Instagram stories, and assisting with Canva projects when needed This is a hands-on role. Everyone contributes to keeping the spa clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the shift.
