Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls efficiently to the appropriate departments or personnel Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace Perform data entry tasks accurately within spreadsheets, customer databases, and bookkeeping software Handle clerical duties including filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records Support office management by overseeing supplies inventory, organizing files, and assisting with general administrative tasks Provide excellent customer support through clear communication, active listening, and problem-solving to meet client needs Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or front desk roles with strong clerical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and productivity software Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and filing processes Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for effective client interaction Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Experience with multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and office management tasks preferred Knowledge of bookkeeping experience is a plus Previous experience as a medical or diagnostic lab receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required Join our team to bring your energy and organizational talent into a role that makes a real difference every day!
