Front Desk Receptionist

Duties:

• Answer phone calls and handle inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquett
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of legal documents and contracts
• Upload and file legal documents, correspondence, and other materials
• Assist with clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
• Provide administrative support to attorneys

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading
• Proficient in using document management systems and other software applications
• Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is preferred but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
