Titusville Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our growing team! The Receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial support services to Administrator and other managers as designated; responsible for handling incoming telephone calls and greeting visitors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED Strong Communication Skills(Written and Oral) Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction The ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other facility staff. Possess special interest in working with long-term care residents and the elderly Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Internet) One to three years of professional experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Titusville Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer!
