Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls with professionalism and courtesy. Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using productivity software and Google Workspace tools. Handle data entry tasks with accuracy, including maintaining client records, filing documents, and updating spreadsheets. Support office management duties such as organizing supplies, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems. Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when necessary. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring excellent client communication. Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles, preferably as a front desk or medical/dental receptionist. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry skills. Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and phone communication protocols. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs effectively. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is a plus. Prior experience in customer service or administrative support roles that require attention to detail and proofreading skills.
