ASAP About The Longevity Center The Longevity Center is a fast-paced functional and integrative medical clinic focused on personalized, patient-centered care. Our services include IV therapies, advanced wellness protocols, regenerative and longevity-based services, specialty testing, and alternative approaches to health. We are a team-oriented practice that values professionalism, efficiency, and positive energy — especially on busy days. Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for patients. This role is essential to patient experience and clinic flow. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and a consistently upbeat attitude even when the day gets busy or challenging. Some patients may arrive stressed or frustrated; professionalism and emotional maturity are essential. This position requires someone who learns systems quickly, handles transactions accurately, and contributes to a smooth, positive office environment. Key Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and professionally Check patients in and out efficiently Process payments and transactions accurately Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Coordinate with clinical staff to support patient flow Maintain front desk organization and professionalism Enter and update information in EMR systems Assist with administrative tasks as needed What We're Looking For The right candidate is: Upbeat, friendly, and professional Calm and solution-oriented under pressure Comfortable handling busy days and multiple tasks at once Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Confident handling financial transactions Quick to learn new systems and technology Reliable, punctual, and accountable Positive and respectful in all communication Prior knowledge or interest in functional, integrative, or alternative medicine is a plus. Familiarity with IV therapies, ozone services, peptides, or wellness-based treatments is helpful but not required. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is willing to work hard, contribute to the team, and maintain a consistently positive presence in the office. Qualifications Prior front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred Experience in a medical office is a plus Comfortable using computers, ipads, scheduling systems, and EMRs Strong verbal and written communication skills High school diploma or equivalent required Schedule & Benefits Full-time, Monday-Friday approximately 8:15 AM-5:15 PM Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Health benefits (as applicable) Employee discounted pricing on services and products Work Environment This is a fast-moving clinic environment where teamwork, professionalism, and positive energy matter.
