into one of the leading dance studios in Florida . Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist students and guests with a premium, friendly experience . Answer calls, texts, emails, and social media inquiries. Generate and follow up with new leads until they become clients. Reconnect with past, inactive, and existing students to increase retention and bookings. Invite students to private lessons, group classes, parties, workshops, and special events. Manage the daily lesson schedule , instructor availability, cancellations, and rescheduling. Promote the studio through social media, local outreach, partnerships, events, and referrals . Create and post engaging studio content, including lessons, events, student experiences, photos, and videos. Encourage reviews, referrals, testimonials, and social media engagement . Track leads, students, packages, follow-ups, and opportunities in the studio's CRM/system. Identify opportunities to increase lessons, class attendance, renewals, and overall revenue . Bring new ideas and take initiative to continuously improve the studio. The Ideal Candidate Excellent communication and people skills. Confident, outgoing, professional, and positive. Strong organization and follow-up skills. Comfortable with sales, customer service, social media, and technology . Self-motivated and able to work independently.
