Job Description

More Than an ABA Company! Infinite Minds ABA was founded by parents of children on the autism spectrum who understand the journey families experience and the trust they place in us. That perspective shapes everything we do - from how we care for our clients to how we support our team. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organized, proactive, and welcoming Administrative Assistant & Receptionist to help keep our clinic running smoothly and support our families and team. Why You'll Love Working Here Supportive and approachable leadership Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement A collaborative, family-centered culture Meaningful work supporting children, families, and the clinical team What You'll Do Support daily front-desk, administrative, and clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures. Welcome and assist families, visitors, and team members, while managing phone calls and general communication. Assist with scheduling, client setup, coverage needs, and CentralReach tasks after training. Coordinate clinic inventory and supplies, collect team requests, and prepare organized purchase lists for approval. Help maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked clinic environment and coordinate with outside vendors when needed. Provide general administrative support to leadership and the clinical team, including document organization, correspondence, and day-to-day office needs. Assist with English-Portuguese interpretation during parent trainings or family meetings when needed. What We're Looking For Strong English communication skills; Portuguese is a plus. Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Friendly and professional, with strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and learning new systems and processes. Previous administrative, reception, customer service, or clinic experience preferred. CentralReach experience is a plus, not required. Ready to Join Our Team?
