L.I.F.T. (our visual workout guidance system), effective custom-designed equipment and trainers that guide and motivate, we help members of all fitness levels achieve their unique fitness goals, and have a community of die-hard Hardcore Fitness fans to prove it. Duties Greet all customers, both verbally and non-verbally, as you maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all arrivals Assist with check-ins, points of sales, and answer any other questions Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport to facilitate sales Be knowledgeable about products, programs, and pricing Participate in grassroots/community events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio Assists with maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills Other duties as assigned Experience Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email Daily and/or occasional travel may be required Attend special events and trainings as needed Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) Sales Experience Marketing Background Social Media Savvy Salary/Compensation $15 - $18 hourly plus commission Referral bonus for new members
