Front Desk Associate

Overview Oxygen Yoga & Fitness in Winter Garden is looking for a friendly and reliable front desk team member to join our studio. This is a great chance to work in an uplifting hot yoga and fitness studio focused on building a supportive community of staff and members. This is a part-time position (15-20 hours per week) . Shifts include days, evenings, and weekend mornings. Responsibilities Greet every member and guest in a warm and professional way Check members into class and assist with basic questions Provide strong customer service and help create a positive studio experience Answer phone calls and respond to general inquiries Keep the studio clean and organized throughout the shift Help with cleaning between classes and at closing Support instructors and teammates as needed Requirements Previous customer service experience required Friendly and outgoing personality Strong communication skills Reliable and punctual Able to work well as part of a team Comfortable in a fast paced environment Must be available for day shifts, evenings, and weekend mornings
