Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive company in Cumming, GA seeking an In-Office Receptionist . This is a

CONTRACT

position through September with the potential to become permanent. Only candidates in the Atlanta, GA area will be considered since 100% in-office work is required.

Job Summary:

The Receptionist will be greeting office visitors, accept packages, handle meeting requests, and assist with additional office management responsibilities.

Experience/Requirements:

Previous Receptionist experience is preferred Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite software Strong verbal and written communication skills are required Must be comfortable with 100% in-office Must have a positive attitude and strong enthusiasm Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
