Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a part-time Receptionist / Front Office Administrative Assistant for a premier nonprofit family organization in the Atlanta area. This individual will serve as the face of the office, creating a professional and welcoming experience for visitors while supporting administrative operations across the business. The ideal candidate is polished, organized, and thrives in a high-trust environment where confidentiality and professionalism are critical. Responsibilities will include front desk coverage, office coordination, meeting support, shipping and mail management, vendor interaction, and general administrative assistance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking long-term stability, a close-knit professional culture, and the chance to grow alongside a highly respected organization that values longevity and employee commitment. The shift is Monday-Thursday from 10:00 AM-4:00 PM; 30-minute paid lunch. There is no remote option as the client needs full coverage of the front office during the busiest time of the day.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Greet and assist guests, visitors, and vendors entering the office
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and voicemails
  • Process outgoing mail, FedEx, and certified USPS shipments
  • Scan incoming documents and mail
  • Maintain a professional reception and breakroom environment
  • Order and manage office and breakroom supplies
  • Coordinate office equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Manage catering and meeting setup for office events
  • Support expense reporting and administrative projects
  • Assist with travel arrangements, DocuSign processing, Outlook contacts, printing, binding, and presentation preparation
