Job Description
Duties include, but are not limited to, greeting incoming clients, answering telephone and scheduling appointments, organizing common areas, processing customer payments, resolving customer problems, other administrative duties, light cleaning. 2 years experience as a receptionist or administrative support professional Flexible Strong Microsoft Office skills required Social media marketing experience/interest Excellent people skills, strong verbal and written communication skills Phone etiquette is very important Positive mental attitude Punctual and reliable Self-Starter, friendly and willing to help others Possesses strong moral principles and is honest Weekend/ evening availability required Please complete phone assessment!
