Veterinary Receptionist

Receptionist person needed for a busy, mixed animal veterinary practice. We are looking for a hard-working team player with an interest in leadership, enjoys working with people and animals. Experience is A MUST!!! Good communication skills and a friendly attitude are essential, as well as attention to detail. Must have good organization and customer service skills. It is very important to us to find the right person that fits in with our practice. This position requires kennel duties on a rotating basis. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Greet and check-in clients and their pets
• Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
• Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
• Assist with filing and organizing medical records
• Collect payments and handle financial transactions
• Provide general administrative support to the veterinary team

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
• Knowledge of basic computer applications and software

Preferred Skills:
