Summary Represents the face of the company by greeting visitors, managing switchboard, providing administrative support and other supportive tasks to the achievement of departmental goals.

Job Requirements Educational requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent working experience required/preferred: 3 years of experience Special certification or licenses:

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) Exceptional organizational skills High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to multi-task Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines Proficient English communication skills, second language would be an asset (Spanish, German) Outstanding phone etiquette A high level of integrity and confidentiality Provide general administrative and clerical support to all departments as required Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, prepare agendas and order lunch if requested Arrange and prepare conference rooms for customer visits and other internal meetings Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, memos and emails Manage company calendar and ensure recorded data is current Answer all incoming calls and transfer to appropriate departments Welcome visitors and ensure all details are coordinated Manage the company vehicles and maintenance Maintain and order office supplies including purchasing lunchroom/conference room supplies All other duties as requested
Pay:
From $23.75 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
