Join our team as a Battery Technician and play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and safety of critical battery systems. In this role, you'll handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of various battery types, performing diagnostic tests, refurbishing vehicle batteries, and preparing battery packs for shipment. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your technical skills in a dynamic, safety-focused environment where your work truly powers our success.

Required Skills:

Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose battery issues accurately Experience with disassembling and reassembling battery packs using hand tools Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset Excellent communication and customer service skills Commitment to safety with the ability to follow and model all safety procedures Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks involving sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and stooping Nice to

Have Skills:

Prior experience in refurbishing vehicle batteries Familiarity with battery testing equipment and diagnostic tools Basic understanding of electrical systems and circuits

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in battery maintenance, electronics, or related technical fields preferred Mechanical aptitude with hands-on technical experience a strong plus

Other Requirements:
