Role Description:
The Front Office Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in Conyers, GA, responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations and ensuring a smooth patient experience. This role includes greeting patients, managing check-in and check-out processes, scheduling and confirming appointments, and handling phone, email, and in-person inquiries. The Front Office Manager will maintain patient records, coordinate with clinical staff, manage office supplies, support billing workflows and manage relationships with lawyers. The Front Office Manager will engage in marketing and social media onsite and at local events when necessary. The role also involves monitoring patient flow, resolving service issues, and implementing procedures that promote efficiency and consistent customer satisfaction. This position requires a professional, organized individual who can represent Key Chiropractic positively and maintain a calm, friendly front office environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Office Administration and Front Office skills, including scheduling, record management, and general clerical support. Candidates should demonstrate a focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain a welcoming environment. Candidates should have excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients, team members, and external partners including lawyers.
