Job Summary Highly professional Receptionist with 5-10 years of experience managing busy front-desk operations and multi-line telephone systems. Skilled in answering and directing high volumes of calls, transferring calls, taking accurate messages, scheduling appointments, and assisting clients and visitors. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities with a proven ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments. Experienced in handling confidential information, coordinating calendars, maintaining records, and providing administrative support. Dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with a welcoming attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service while maintaining an organized and professional reception area. Duties Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy at the front desk Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records for efficient office operation Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other communication channels Assist with personal or executive support tasks as needed, including calendar management Qualifications 5-10 Years of experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Bi-lingual required, no exceptions. Multi-lingual abilities are preferred Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy Strong customer service orientation with professional phone etiquette and communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently within deadlines; excellent time management skills required Prior experience in legal, medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous Personal assistant experience or experience managing calendars is beneficial High school diploma or equivalent required; additional office or administrative certifications are a plus
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
