The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our law firm clients, managing front desk operations while supporting various administrative functions with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression at all times Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages, ensuring timely distribution Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval of documents Assist with data entry tasks using productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Clio Support office management tasks, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while supporting client communication efforts Qualifications Proven clerical experience or office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry processes Excellent computer literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software or technical tools, such as QuickBooks and Clio Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated experience in front desk operations, phone communication, and customer support roles Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
Pay:
From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per weekBenefits:
