Our office is located in Johns Creek, GA. We are a restaurant management group, managing over 55 restaurant locations. Being able to use and navigate a computer is essential for this position. There will be frequent utilization of office software such as excel and google drive. Efficient, correct, and proper documentation is a large component of this job. Looking for a fluent or native Spanish speaker. Other office assignments and tasks may also be assigned.

9:00AM
  • 5:30PM (Monday-Friday)

basic office software, must be able to navigate and use computers efficiently
Responsibilities:
  • Scan paper documents/letters efficiently and appropriately file and organize in the correct folders in shared drive.
  • Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, filing, documentation and data entry.
  • Assist with office management tasks, including organizing files and maintaining office supplies.
  • Coordinate and support various tasks as assigned.
  • Provide administrative support to staff members as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent project coordination skills to ensure timely completion of assignments.
  • Proficient in using office software and phone systems.
  • Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Efficient data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
