We are open daily from 7am-3pm. We are dedicated to providing wholesome, healthy foods that nourish body and mind in a comfortable, convenient and cozy cafe. All baristas are required to work full or part time as part of a dynamic team. New hire responsibilities would include the following: Providing an excellent customer experience for guests from the moment they enter the restaurant to the moment they leave Crafting espresso-based beverages, coffees, teas, smoothies and shakes Keeping up with stock inventory such as cups, lids, sleeves, straws, utensils, to go order materials, beans, teas, sauces and syrups, retail inventory, etc. Efficiently handling customer orders at the register, curbside orders, online and delivery orders from Uber and Door Dash Keeping up with the cleanliness of the bar, restaurant Arriving punctually to all shifts and utilizing effective communication The Nest Cafe is fun and fast paced and we are in search of baristas with a great work ethic, a sense of urgency and - above all - a great attitude towards guest experience and customer service. All new hires need to be available as early as 7am and all shifts run to about 3:30pm.
