ABILITY TO SUCCESSFULLY EXECUTE THE FOLLOWING ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Being fluent in both Spanish and English is mandatory Previous front desk or receptionist experience in a healthcare or customer-facing setting Greet and check in patients courteously and efficiently Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars Answer incoming phone calls, route messages, and assist with patient inquiries Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up with no-show patients Verify insurance and collect co-pays or balances at time of service Maintain accurate patient records and update demographics in eClinicalWorks (ECW) or other EMR system (ECW or MDland experience preferred) Scan and upload documents to patient charts as needed Handle incoming and outgoing faxes, emails, and mail Assist with prior authorizations, referrals, and billing communications Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized Collaborate with medical assistants, providers, and admin team Deliver quality customer service and maintain confidentiality at all times Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and organized Must be available to work full-time Monday-Saturday (5 working days per week) Other duties as assigned ⚠ Please do not apply if you are not available to work full-time or do not speak both Spanish and English.
