Job Description

We are a hispanic owned business with a great reputation. We take pride in our work and want to help our clients to feel comfortable with the legal process. We are looking for a competent Receptionist/Assistant to welcome guests and perform various administrative duties including managing office equipment and supplies, preparing invoices, and answering phones. Duties include ensuring an excellent visitor experience, ensuring smooth office operations, and maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask and prioritize duties. You should be able to assist clients with general office tasks as well as all other staff members. If you have previous experience as a Receptionist or Assistant Receptionist and are interested in joining a great team, please apply! Responsibilities Must be fluent in Spanish language Greet visitors, answer phones, and direct calls Prepare correspondence such as letters, bills, statements, etc. Order supplies Manage office equipment and schedule repairs when needed Perform other administrative duties such as ordering supplies, billing, filing, etc. Maintain accuracy of paperwork and records Assist with marketing/public relations efforts when necessary Qualifications Previous experience as a Receptionist or Assistant Receptionist not required (or willing to train) Experience with customer service is a plus Knowledge of basic office management procedures required (e.g., time management, project planning, inventory) Proficiency in MS Office required (MS word) Working knowledge of typing skills.
