Job Description
Overview We are a dedicated Family Law firm specializing in divorce, custody, parenting plans, legitimations, paternity actions, adoptions, and post-judgment proceedings. We are seeking a compassionate receptionist to join our practice. The ideal candidate will have experience with customer service, as this role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives. Duties Communicate effectively with clients, providing compassionate support and updates on case progress. Organize case files and legal documents. Gather and review evidence, including financial documents and other relevant materials. Assist with scheduling appointments, court dates, and maintaining attorney calendars. Requirements Prior experience in family law is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. Compassionate demeanor with excellent client service skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the dynamic nature of legal cases. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Effective communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to work independently.
