Job Description

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Front Office Receptionist to serve as the face of our clinical team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality experience in our fast-paced primary care environment. This role offers extremely competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
Working Hours Office Hours:
9:00 AM - 8:00 PM, 7 days a week.
Schedule:
4 days per week.
Rotation:
Includes a 1-in-3 weekend rotation.
Job Responsibilities Patient Welcome & Intake:
Greet patients warmly, manage the check-in/check-out process, and ensure all demographic and insurance information is accurately captured.
Administrative Coordination:
Manage multi-line phone systems, schedule appointments, and coordinate patient flow to minimize wait times.
Financial Stewardship:
Verify insurance coverage, obtain necessary authorizations, and collect co-pays or outstanding balances with professionalism.
Records Management:
Maintain precise and timely documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) while ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA and patient privacy standards.
Communication Hub:
Act as a liaison between patients and clinical staff, processing referrals, managing medical records requests, and handling incoming correspondence.
Patient Advocacy:
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting families with navigation of clinic services and promoting a positive, supportive office atmosphere.
Qualifications Strong Administrative Skills:
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-volume, collaborative setting.
Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable utilizing EHR systems, multi-line phones, and standard office software.
Interpersonal Excellence:
Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered service.
