Core Responsibilities:
Front Office & Communication Answer multi-line phones and manage shared email inboxes Route calls and messages to the correct department Communicate with patients and law firms in English and Spanish (verbal and written) Greet and assist walk-in visitors Maintain a clean, organized front desk, lobby, and conference rooms Log all patient interactions in the case management system Post follow-ups in appropriate internal communication channelsMail & Document Management:
Pick up company mail weekly using your own vehicle Scan, log, and route checks, subpoenas, and legal documents same day Handle confidential documents with care and professionalism Submit biweekly mileage reimbursement reportsDay-to-Day Overview:
Manage phones and emails throughout the day Log interactions and communicate updates internally Greet visitors and maintain front office appearance Weekly mail pickup and routing Submit mileage reports every pay periodRequirements:
Required 0-1 year of experience (customer service, admin, front desk, or medical office) — entry-level candidates welcome Bilingual (English/Spanish), both spoken and written Reliable personal vehicle (required for mail pickups) Ability to commute daily to Sandy Springs, GA (on-site only) Comfortable handling phones and email communication Strong attention to detail and confidentiality Professional, reliable, and organized Preferred Experience in a medical, legal, or professional office Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, or similar tools Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills Customer service or hospitality background Experience handling mail, scanning, or document workflows What We Offer Entry point into the medical and personal injury industry Clear growth path into operations or administrative rolesBenefits:
