Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting all visitors that come in, managing all incoming calls, determining the nature of the call and directing them to the appropriate person, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong people skills, proficiency in various office technologies, and a commitment to maintaining a professional front desk environment. Duties Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate meetings and manage calendars for team members as needed. Operate phone systems efficiently to facilitate communication within the office. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues. Basic computer literacy with familiarity in operating standard office equipment and software. Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
