Schedule appointments for licensed insurance agents. Enter and update client information accurately in our CRM system. Route calls to the appropriate department or team member. Assist clients with general questions and direct them to the appropriate resources. Monitor and manage multiple tasks while maintaining exceptional customer service. Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed. Work collaboratively with agents and office staff to ensure efficient daily operations. Qualifications Previous customer service, receptionist, call center, or administrative experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly. Accurate typing and data entry skills. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
