Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist fluent in both English and Spanish to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth in both English and Spanish Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette Manage front desk activities including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and word processing using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries efficiently while providing excellent customer support Maintain office supplies inventory and organize office space to ensure a tidy environment Support administrative functions like patient relations, data management, medical appointments scheduling Skills Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven office management experience with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace applications Strong computer literacy including data entry, file management, and internet research Experience answering phones on multi-line systems with professional phone etiquette Knowledge of clerical procedures such as filing, proofreading, calendar management, and document preparation Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under time constraints Customer service orientation with excellent client communication skills Familiarity with office software like QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks is a plus Personal assistant or administrative experience is advantageous for supporting daily operations eClinical Works usage (a plus) This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to enhance their administrative skills in a supportive environment.
