Job Description
Our legal client is seeking a polished and dependable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for the office. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, handling calls, greeting clients, and providing administrative support to ensure a professional and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with phones and a strong background in excellent customer service. Due to the nature of the work and onsite requirements, preference will be given to Hawaii residents. Applicants should be able to reliably commute or reside within the region to meet business needs. All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply by calling us at 808-531-0800.ResponsibilitiesGreet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous mannerAnswer and transfer incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone systemManage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception areaSchedule appointments and assist with conference room coordinationReceive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveriesProvide administrative support including data entry, filing, and document preparationAssist with outgoing correspondence and general office tasksMaintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
