Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Receptionist to support daily front desk operations for a construction company in Honolulu, Hawaii. This contract opportunity has the potential to become permanent and is ideal for someone who creates a welcoming first impression, communicates clearly, and keeps administrative tasks organized in a busy office setting. The person in this role will help maintain smooth day-to-day office flow by managing visitors, calls, deliveries, and routine support needs. Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests and direct them appropriately while maintaining a detail-oriented and friendly front office environment.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, answer incoming calls promptly, and route inquiries to the correct team members.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and other deliveries with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor inventory levels for workplace materials and coordinate the purchase of office supplies as needed.
  • Provide general administrative assistance that supports efficient daily operations across the office.
  • Keep the reception area and shared front office spaces orderly and presentable for visitors and staff.
  • Communicate clearly with employees, vendors, and guests to ensure requests are handled efficiently.
