I opened my agency in 2006 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as an Enrollment Counselor for the University of Phoenix, where I discovered my passion for helping people and building lasting relationships. I hold both a B.A. and an M.B.A., am the proud mother of two daughters and grandmother to one grandson, and love traveling. Being involved in the community is important to me. I enjoy participating in local events and supporting initiatives that make a positive difference for the families and businesses we serve. ROLE DESCRIPTION

Lori Pasion - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
