Front Desk Receptionist

Job description: Thriving Chiropractic office that is open 7 days a week looking for a committed friendly, personable front desk receptionist that is able to multitask in a busy environment.

Primary duties include:

Greeting patients Answer phones Take patient payments via cash, credit and/or debit Maintain accurate record keeping of daily payments Schedule patients in person, on the telephone, or via text Insurance verification look up Create and manage patient charts in the clinics EHR Maintain accurate record of daily office operations Support with Patient flow in office Light housekeeping

Job Types:

Part-time, Schedule:

After Training period your schedule will be Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, with potential for other days, if coverage is needed

Education:

High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Required) , Computer skills: 1 year (Required)
