Job Description
Receptionist/Admin (223088-14) We are seeking a reliable and friendly front desk professional to join the team for a local contracting company. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for both clients and internal staff, with a balance of customer interaction, scheduling coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will take initiative, enjoy multitasking, and thrive in a support role. Parking will be provided. Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm Location Wahiawa, Oahu Pay $19 to $20 an hour Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails. Greet walk-in visitors and assist with general inquiries. Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages. Help the Estimator schedule appointments by contacting clients. Maintain an organized and professional reception area. Provide general administrative support as needed. Qualifications Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred. Comfortable using email and basic scheduling tools. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks calmly. Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills. Willingness to learn industry-specific terms and systems.
