TheAbbeyCenter.com Our Healthcare Techs (RA's) perform a diverse range of tasks, with a lot of direct client interaction, including: Assists patients and assures their comfort and directs them to the proper staff or service. Answers telephones; screens calls, forwards calls or messages accurately. Assists with preparation of correspondence and documents. Filing. Types forms, form letters, other documents, and data entry as required; collates and photocopies materials as necessary. Respects patient confidentiality. Keeps the office clean and organized. Other duties as assigned.

Must be a kind, good person. (Shouldn't every job require that?) :) Must be hard working with a good work ethic Must be well organized General knowledge of common computer programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and similar data-entry programs. (We will also provide training.) Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with co-workers, clients and visitors; cultural sensitivity and ability to relate well and effectively in diverse workplace and with a diverse client population. Ability to organize, efficiently document and routinely update information; ability to apply procedures to work problems and situations. Flexibility in responding courteously to immediate needs of visitors and callers; ability to establish priorities and maintain productivity despite numerous interruptions. We will provide you with the specific training you need to perform your job well.SHIFTS AVAILABLE
We operate 3 shifts daily, and we have opportunities at every shift, with a current emphasis of 2nd and 3rd shift during the week AND weekends. Flexible- Full-time or Part-time $15.00
