Job Description

We are seeking motivated animal lovers to join our team at Cedar Run! This role combines front desk reception and hands-on animal care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. If you're looking to start a career in the pet industry, this is a great opportunity with room for growth.
Position Details Shift:
6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Please apply to the other positions if you want other hours!
Schedule:
Full-time (must be available for weekdays, weekends, and holidays; at least one weekend day required)
Compensation:
Starting wage varies based on experience, availability, and employment status Key Responsibilities Greet clients and manage front desk operations (phone calls, emails, check-in/check-out) Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby/workspace Clean and sanitize kennels Supervise animal playtime and interactions Prepare meals for boarding animals Laundry and dishwashing duties Provide care for cats in the kennel area Feed and administer medications to boarding animals Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent experience Previous animal care experience preferred Strong customer service skills Good organizational and communication skills Comfortable working in a team environment and taking direction Basic computer skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors Benefits Employee discounts Health insurance (full-time employees) Flexible scheduling Opportunities for advancement within the company If you're passionate about animals and enjoy working in a dynamic, hands-on environment, we'd love to hear from you!
