ABRA Auto Body and Glass is looking to fill a key position in our organization. The ABRA Receptionist serves as a first point of contact for customers and insurance companies by handling claims on behalf of the body shop. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. A genuine desire to service the customer and a positive attitude and willingness to be a team member are essential to this position. Duties and Responsibilities :
Handle incoming phone calls from customers and vendors and route to the appropriate department or employees. Working with the team to maintain high customer service scores. MMammmmProperly represent the body shop to its customers and vendors in a friendly manner. Assist with tendering cash and credit transactions and must do so accurately. Files all documents as required and consistent with established filing procedures. AsDemonstrates behaviors consistent with the company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers. Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills:
Preferred that the employee be 18 or over in order. Must be able to be covered by the dealership automobile insurance. Prefer to have 6 months previous office experience. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Ability to understand mathematical concepts related to pricing and other calculations. Professional personal appearance. Excellent communication skills must speak and write English fluently, Spanish fluency is optional but beneficial. We are an equal opportunity employer.
