What You'll Do Answer incoming phone calls promptly and providing helpful customer service. Greet customers and visitors in a warm, courteous and professional manner. Direct customers to the appropriate team member and help connect them with the right department. Transfer phone calls accurately and efficiently. Take clear, accurate messages and ensure information is communicated to the appropriate team member. Assist customers with basic questions and requests in person and by phone. Page or contact employees when requested by customers or visitors. Keep the reception area, desk and showroom clean, organized and welcoming. Support the team with other duties as needed. What You'll Bring 1+ years of customer service, reception, retail, hospitality or related experience Comfortable answering a high volume of phone calls and interacting with customers throughout the day.
