Job Description
We are an optometry office located in Chubbuck, Idaho, looking for friendly, hard-working individuals to join our team. We have multiple locations across Idaho and Utah, and we are continuing to grow. We want our staff to be outgoing and friendly. We need someone who is good at multitasking, quick to learn new technology, and has excellent telephone manner and customer service. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. We all work together as a team to assist patients and the Optometrists, so new employees will eventually learn all aspects of the office; however, your duties will focus on: Reception / administration duties Taking incoming calls and scheduling patient appointments Posting patient payments to the electronic records system Pre-testing patients for the optometrist The position's duties will also include: Contact lens ordering and dispensing Patient contact lens training Other daily office tasks Experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person for this position. Personality, work ethic, and customer service are most important. Wage starts at $15/hour. We are currently looking for part-time, but there is potential to become full-time. Availability Saturdays is required.
