Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome clients and their pets to the veterinary clinic
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar
  • Answer phone calls and address client inquiries or concerns
  • Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, treatments, and medications
  • Process payments and handle financial transactions
  • Keep the reception area clean and organized
Qualifications:
  • Willing to train the right person with no experience
  • Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is welcomed
  • Knowledge of animal husbandry, pet care, and basic veterinary procedures
  • Familiarity with dog training, kennel operations, and equine care is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle animals safely and with compassion
