Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed. Handle filing, proofreading, and clerical duties to support office operations. Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Verify dental insurance benefits. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations. Requirements Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients. Familiarity with office management procedures is preferred. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading. Experience with front desk operations in a dental or medical setting is advantageous. Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
