Peak Physical Therapy in Lewiston, ID is seeking a Front Desk Care Coordinator/Physical Therapy Technician to join our team of professionals. The Front Desk Care Coordinator is responsible for scheduling appointments, basic medical insurance knowledge, verifying insurance, maintaining patient electronic health records, sending and receiving communication to physicians, filing, email, faxing, and clinical tracking. Candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Candidate must also demonstrate excellent phone presence, customer service skills, dependability, and teamwork.
