In this pivotal role, you will oversee front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient communication between visitors, clients, and staff. Your leadership will set the tone for exceptional customer service, maintain organized office management practices, and support sales and administrative functions with enthusiasm and professionalism. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead by example, coordinate daily office activities, and foster a positive environment for all who enter our space. $14/hr + Commission. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive first impression. Manage phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and directing calls accurately using proper phone etiquette. Oversee office management duties such as scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and providing guided tours to guests and clients. Handle clerical tasks including data entry, word processing, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized files. Support administrative functions by managing correspondence, preparing reports, and assisting with general office operations. Support front desk staff and team members, providing guidance on office procedures and ensuring consistent service quality. Maintain a professional appearance of the reception area and studio rooms, and ensure all modalities and equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and functioning properly. Experience Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with a focus on front desk operations. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer literacy skills. Demonstrated ability to handle phone systems efficiently while practicing excellent phone etiquette. Bilingual skills are a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous clerical experience including data entry, proofreading, calendar management, and customer support is preferred. Personal assistant or receptionist experience that highlights strong client communication skills will be considered an asset. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to lead front desk operations with energy and professionalism while delivering outstanding support to our organization's daily functions.
