50 per hour Job description: Desert Valley Dentistry Work in a great team environment while contributing to the better health of the community. We're a privately-owned and thriving holistic dental office seeking a reliable and enthusiastic receptionist to join us. We are located in Pocatello and serve patients through southeast Idaho, western Wyoming and southwest Montana, with some patients traveling much further to the excellent dental care we provide. Our philosophy is dedicated to providing minimally-invasive, biocompatible dental care that supports our patient's total health. We focus on both clinical and professional skill set staff development. Here are a few more things that make working in our dental practice different:

  • Standard Office hours: 8-5, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Additional hours on Wednesday and Friday are available. The most important thing to know about our practice is that our biggest focus is on serving our patients. Ultimately, everything we do is about our patients' health and all of our team members need to be committed to that goal. Administrative duties:
scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling appointments, making follow up calls to patients, maintaining patient records. Ensure HIPPA compliance in handling patient information, patient's complete necessary forms, as well as checking patients in and updating personal information.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CPR and First Aid Certified (preferred but can be trained after starting)
