Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while providing exceptional customer support. Handle incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages, ensuring timely distribution and follow-up. Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry tasks, and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date. Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Qualifications Proven office experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools. Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems efficiently. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Demonstrated ability to handle data entry accurately, perform proofreading tasks diligently, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
